So we walked all way back and they tried to say we didn’t have the water park included in our stay that we had to pay for it separate even though we purchased our stay through the main website and not a third party. We went to the water park and was told we needed a different card than the wrist band we were given at check in. The view out the window was someone’s random bicycle with overgrown landscaping. The room seemed clean, the comforter on the bed did have stains on it but I’m assuming it’s because it’s old and white. They did fix this for us quite quickly, and the staff were very nice, it had a very large kitchen. The check in line was long and had to go all way back down to check in because our cards didn’t work upon arrival.
